Honda City 2017 Overview
An all-new model came as a 2014 model year for the Honda City and remained the same for the 2017 model year. It is slightly larger in every dimension, but gains a sizeable amount of wheelbase and is very spacious inside, to the point where its rear legroom is comparable to that of midsize sedans. Aside from the redone platform, the 1.5-litre 4-cylinder is carried over from the previous model, while the CVT automatic has apparently been locally tuned to be more “sporty”. It still has front independent and rear torsion-beam suspension and front disc and rear drum brakes. Other available features, depending on which of the three trim levels you choose, include 15-inch steel or 16-inch alloy wheels, cloth upholstery, regular keyless remote or smart keyless entry with starter button, regular CD/MP3 stereo or 7-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth, USB/AUX/HDMI ports, manual or auto a/c with touch controls as well as rear vents, standard cruise control, paddle shifters, parking sensors and more. Standard safety features include front driver and passenger airbags, and ABS brakes with electronic brake distribution (EBD).
